Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Handle product onboarding, cataloging, listing optimization, and A+ content.
- Monitor sales performance, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory planning.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, returns, and reconciliations.
- Analyze reports to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Strong knowledge of seller dashboards, fees, and platform policies.
- Experience in account management, brand growth, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting/analytics tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with A+ Content, Brand Stores, and Promotions.
- Knowledge of inventory forecasting and pricing optimization.
- Experience handling multiple accounts or categories is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Pitch SellnGrow’s e-commerce services to potential clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales/business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce services.
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra services is a plus.
- Understanding of online marketplaces and seller pain points.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment & hiring (screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction processes.
- Assist in attendance tracking and basic HR operations.
- Help with employee engagement activities.
